The DD HMA 20 M tap water filter is a TWIN 10" pod and is supplied with a Spectrum SFBC-PB carbon cartridge and Spectrum SSP Sediment filter
The revolutionary SFBC-PB cartridge tackles chlorine, and impressively four times the amount of lead as the CBR-2 it replaces. Making it a super cost effective solution for fish keepers.
The presence of chlorine and lead (if present) can be harmful to fish, and biological filtration bacteria.
Fibre Carbon technology
To ensure full life cycle of the SFBC-PB cartridge we supply a 1 micron SSP sediment filter with the DD HMA 20M
Removes Chlorine @2mg/l to 27.000 litres and Lead (if present) @ 0.15mg/l to 54.000 litres making cartridge change outs rare for most fish keepers .
If you experience a drop off in flow through the filter before any of the limits are reached, change the sediment element.
Available with 1/4" John Guest fittings and tube or with garden hose fittings (Please note no hose connectors or hose are supplied with the garden hose option)
John Guest option supplied ready to use with 3/4" BSP connector (fits washing machine type taps or garden hose taps) 10 meters of tube, on / off valve, housing wrench, installation and maintenance instructions.
Hose pipe option - supplied with housing wrench, installation and maintenance instructions (hose connectors, hose, on/off valve not supplied)
