AKTIV is acid washed and activated for automatic water adsorption (active surface area 1200 m2/g).
It is great for removing substances such as chlorine, treatment residues and dyes.
The water in the aquarium will then turn crystal clear. Its use is particularly important after treating livestock with medications.
Can be used in external canister, sump, and larger internal filters.
