- Exception to free delivery is frozen food as this requires bespoke packaging and a next day service, usually APC, but also Royal Mail to some postcodes - this will show as a "Frozen Food Shipping" £9.95 charge in cart and checkout
- If ordering frozen food, you can add dry goods of any value with out additional delivery fees.
- Delivery by courier to most UK mainland postcodes is mostly overnight, however on very odd occasions there are delays in the courier network, which are out of my control.
If a delay occurs and the shipment runs to a second day / night you will be informed by email.
By default perishable goods are sent "if out / closed, leave safe" - Please bear this in mind when ordering. Delivery is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you will not be present, any instruction regarding a safe place on the order will be added to the label. You can also leave a note for the courier as to where to leave the box if nobody home.
Delivery is not available on Mondays as order would need shipping on the previous Friday, and not available Friday's, as the second day would be the following Monday.
Most are delivered on time, but when ordering perishable goods from Devotedly Discus you must be aware and accept delivery a day later does occasionally happen.
