Shipping charge for frozen food - £9.95, add any dry goods, large or small and we can send on same consignment with no additional shipping fees. £9.95 is the most you will pay, we are aware of a bug whereby if you order two or more different frozen food products, the software charges the carriage twice - if this happens please rest assured that when the order is downloaded any excess will be refunded.
Delivery is available to most UK mainland postcodes.
Delivery days are most Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursdays. When selecting a preferred date if the date is greyed out it is unavailable.
Please note whilst the APC "next day" service is mostly reliable, there are occasions for numerous reasons where items are delayed an extra night. To counter this we pack the food in a sealed polystyrene box and add freezer block(s) It therefore may arrive "soft" but it will still be cold and can be refrozen and used.
When despatched you will be sent either by us, or PayPal if you used PayPal to pay a tracking number and link to the couriers tracking webpage.
