The DD HMA 20 tap water filter is a TWIN pod (10") unit with a choice of cartridge housings and fittings.
The presence of chlorine and chloramine or lead (if present) can be harmful to fish, and biological filtration bacteria.
Massive Chlorine removal properties.This cartridge combination will remove Chlorine to 190,000 litres and Chloramine if present to 15,000 litres.
Housings
- Spectrum brand, choose between two black, or one clear for the sediment filter and one black for the carbon.
- There is an additional charge of £5 for the clear filter.
Fittings
- 1/4 or 3/8 inch push fit for optimal flow control, ease of installation and a large range of optional fittings are available.
Cartridges
1 x Spectrum Sediment and 1 x Spectrum PFBC carbon removes sediment, Chlorine and Chloramines (if present) from tap water.
- Property built after 1970 should not have any lead pipes, so choose this DD HMA 20. Older property may have lead pipe in the mains supply so the DD HMA 20 M is best.
- If you have any lead pipe and Chloramine, consider the three pod DD HMA 80 M.

Supplied complete ready to use with 8 meters of tube, shut off valve, John Guest 3/4" female fitting which fits washing machine fittings / outside taps or any male 3/4" thread and comprehensive installation and maintenance instructions.
