DD The Aquarium Solutions provide a 24 month from the date of purchase (proof of
purchase receipt required) for the purchased device. Within the guarantee
period DD The Aquarium Solutions will correct defects of the device or accessories* at no charge, that
are due to material or manufacturing faults, through repair or replacement at their
discretion.
Warranty exchanges do not extend the guarantee period, nor do they
substantiate a claim for a new guarantee. The purchase receipt is verification of
the guarantee. Without this verification a no-charge replacement or no-charge
repair cannot be provided.
Defects in consumable accessories or parts subject to wear, as well as cleaning,
maintenance or replacement of wear parts do not fall under the guarantee, and
thus are chargeable services!
Please note if buying mail order and you need to make a warranty claim - the heater must be returned to us for DD to authorise a replacement - please ensure you carry a spare heater in case this happens - customers can return and collect from our shop same day and out of hours by appointment - 01323 483689
- Orders to £49 will be charged £4.95 for delivery - Royal Mail
- Orders over £49 include free standard delivery - Royal Mail or APC depending on value and postcode.
- Exception to free delivery is frozen food as this requires bespoke packaging and a next day service, usually APC, but also Royal Mail to some postcodes
