The DD HMA 200 tap water filter is a TWIN 20" pod unit and is available with two cartridge options and either John Guest push fit fittings or garden hose fittings
Suitable for aquarists requiring large amounts of water, for constant feed drip and drain systems. Fish houses / cold water / Koi ponds etc
OPTION ONE - Supplied with a 1 micron Spectrum sediment filter and a Spectrum PFBC carbon block filter.
This configuration will remove CHLORINE@2mg/l to 380,000 litres and CHLORAMINE if present to 30,000 litres @ 3mg/l making cartridge change out rare for most fish keepers.
Optimal flow rate is 3.8 lpm.
OPTION TWO - Supplied with a 1 micron Spectrum sediment filter and a Spectrum SFBC-PB carbon block filter.
This configuration will remove CHLORINE@2mg/l to 86,000 litres and LEAD if present to 86,000 litres @ 0.15mg/l making cartridge change out rare for most fish keepers.
Optimal flow rate is 7.6 lpm.
Inlet/Outlet options - Either version is available with John Guest 3/8 fittings or ½" Garden hose fittings. Please note the John Guest option is supplied with a tap connector, 8 meters of 3/8" tube, and on/off valve.
The garden hose option is supplied with male connectors x 2, but is nor supplied with any hose or hose connectors (all available form DIY / Garden shop)
You can also, if preferred hard plumb these filters.
Both filters supplied with a user manual and wrench for cartridge change outs
If you experience a drop off in flow through the filter before any of the limits are reached, change the sediment element.
