Fish use their swimbladder for buoyancy and stability. If it becomes infected with Aeromonas or Pseudomonas bacteria, it will stress the fish and compromise it's immune system. In many cases will result in the death of the fish unless treatment is carried out.
Use when fish become lethargic, it has clamped fins, is unstable in the water, other symptoms include hanging at the surface or lying on the bottom.
Treatment can safely be repeated seven days after inital treatment.
